Return & Refund Policy – Saphura

We want you to love every piece you purchase from saphurastore. But if something doesn’t feel
right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns accepted only on the same day of delivery.
• The product must be unused, with tags, stickers, and packaging intact.
• If the tag is removed, the return will not be accepted.
• All gift cards, stickers, and tags must be returned along with the product.

Return Zones & Refunds:

• Within 60 km of our location:
Full refund eligible after product inspection.
• Beyond 60 km:
Refund will be processed at 50% of the item value after return approval.

Note: Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and verified.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
(wrong item or damaged product).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items purchased on clearance or final sale
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

Please contact our customer service via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and product images
(with tag and condition clearly visible).
